Our existing Team Support Manager has needed to stop working due to a sudden medical condition so we have an opportunity for someone new to join us to relieve at our 3 centres in the Hawkes Bay with a 4th site to open this December. This role requires someone who can be flexible with their time and likes variety. You will either work two days per week in a support role or more depending on team leave requirements with notice. You will be working as part of a privately owned family run business known as a market leader that is focused on managing customer service in store, inbound phone sales, online business from the website and also managing the property presentation and cleanliness standards to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Have sales experience and ability

• An ability to cover rosters around the North Island with some notice
• Have a 'can do' constructive attitude
• Has great face to face customer service skills
• Be self motivated and possess the desire for self development
• Have the ability to work autonomously when required

This role will have minimum 2 days ( 15 hours ) each week, increasing up to 5 days in a particular weeks depending on the requirements of the business with notice.
