About the Role:

As a Full-Time Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in our centre’s success. Working in a positive, team-focused environment, you’ll support daily operations, assist customers, contribute to sales growth, and maintain the high standards our brand is known for.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service
• Supporting new inbound customer enquiries
• Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming centre
• Contributing to team goals and store performance
• Working a flexible seven-day rotating roster (with your life outside work in mind- no early mornings or late nights).

• Has previous experience in customer service or sales
