You will be working as part of a privately owned family run business known as a market leader. We currently have an opportunity for self motivated Full Time Assistant Managers to join our team. The successful applicant will have a key focus on customers and have the ability to build rapport and trust through excellent service in order to find the best storage solution. If you like to serve and understand customer needs then we will train you to be a self storage expert. Professionally handling all customer enquires via phone, email, internet and walk in are key to the success of this position. Additional responsibilities are sales targets, property presentation and cleanliness. As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes: - Have sales experience - 4 years
- A passion for customer service
- Have 4 years work history in a sales or retail environment
- Have a 'can do' constructive attitude
- Be self motivated and a hunger to continue to learn
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Be a team player
