Who you are

A finance professional who has exceptional financial analysis and interpretation skills along with strong interest in commercially focused outcomes. You enjoy combining financial rigour with commercial thinking, and who wants genuine breadth, visibility and influence in a values-led business. You can translate complex data into insight, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage competing priorities. You bring curiosity to learn, adaptability to change, ability to problem solve and communicate financial outcomes effectively. 

The Role:

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, including supporting analysis
• Support cashflow reporting, treasury activity and debt capital administration
• Partner with finance and broader business stakeholders to prepare, interpret and communicate financial information for decision-making
• Support the continued adoption and improvement of Workday Finance, including process and user capability enhancement
• Play a key role in monthly, quarterly and year end reporting including  quarterly board process
• Support the annual audit process, including financial and regulatory reporting requirements
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• Around 8-10 years’ experience in finance, commercial finance or a similar analytical role
• Excellent analytical skills including ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. Workday Finance or similar ERP experience will be highly regarded
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach
