About the opportunity

As the Technology Operations Lead, you’ll bring structure, prioritisation, and discipline to day-to-day technology operations. You’ll keep delivery tight, services reliable, and risk controlled in a modern, SaaS-first workplace.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll stay close to the team and the business, translating strategic intent into practical improvements that people can feel in their everyday work.

What it takes

• Experience in multi-site retail or operational environments, with a strong service mindset

• Demonstrated leadership in modern workplace and technology operations

• Comfortable owning technology operations, operational risk, security hygiene, and execution outcomes

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with teams, partners, and people across the business

• A continuous improvement mindset, grounded in data, feedback, and outcomes

• Forward-looking and pragmatic, with the judgement to prioritise what matters

• Comfortable leading from the front, including stepping in hands-on when it matters
