We currently have an opportunity for a self motivated Full Time Team Support Manager to join our growing team. You will be working as part of a privately owned family run business known as a market leader that is focused on managing customer service in store, inbound phone sales, managing the property presentation and cleanliness standards and achieving and exceed sales targets. The role is full-time and is a multi centre support role. You support store where one of the team is away on leave.

 

 

As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes:

 

    • Have sales experience and ability
    • A passion for customer service
    • Have a licence and a reliable car 
    • An ability to work a seven day roster
    • Have a 'can do' constructive attitude
    • Has great face to face customer service skills

This is what will help:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, sales positions, or even hospitality
  • You have great problem-solving skills and get a buzz when you find that solution for your customers.
  • Pro-active and not afraid to take the lead.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, while taking initiative and making decisions on your own.
  • Have a current drivers licence and car.
